[PicoDay2021] NG Card Rumble

My contribution for PicoDay2021
This art is a homage to a flash game I played so much in Newgrounds, Kombat Fighters: King of the Cards. It's a card based fighting game where you make a combo of 3 different cards in each round, with the battle system similar to the tactical RPGs. I included Pico and Tankman here because I imagined them and other NG characters in this kind of fighting game
